PROJECTS
Coconut Club Microgrid Stabilization
Caribbean Resort & Marina
May - Sept 2025 • Exuma, Bahamas
Restored 24/7 power for critical resort infrastructure including cold chain, water filtration, and resort operations. Reduced diesel consumption through improved battery performance and smart load scheduling. Enabled remote monitoring and preventative maintenance for long-term reliability.
We partnered with ROXBOX, a modular building design firm, for this project.
Group1: Potassium Battery Commercialization
Nobel Laureate-Founded Battery Startup
May – Aug 2025 • Texas, USA
Group1, a modular potassium-ion battery company founded in Nobel Laureate John Goodenough's lab, partnered with SkyTerra to bring their technology to market. We guided certification planning (UL 1973, UL 9540), shaped competitive positioning, and developed data-backed investor materials for critical backup applications.
Atlas Power Technologies
Battery & Supercapacitor Technology Company
Oct 2024 – Apr 2025
Atlas teamed up with us for hands-on technical advisory across battery and supercapacitor development. From certification planning to trade-show representation and Canada–Korea collaboration, we accelerated their global roll-out, including the facilitation of a partnership with LG Energy Solutions.
Confidential BESS Manufacturer
Global Battery Energy Storage Systems Company
Feb – Mar 2025
A global BESS innovator asked us to evaluate U.S. market readiness, optimize manufacturing workflows, and secure pilot-project partnerships. In just 30 days, we delivered regulatory compliance planning for U.S. entry, BMS and factory process optimization, and introductions to EPCs and pilot partners.
